We spent the last year looking across the greater Indianapolis metro area in addition to considering options near our current location in Shelby County for our next brewery location.  Last fall we became aware of a redevelopment opportunity on Main Street, Speedway. After a lot of due diligence we decided the brownfield site at 1101 Main Street was a great fit for our current and future business needs and that it would provide us a location where we could continue to grow for years to come. First, we taped a podcast right before our anniversary dinner at Black Market on Monday. Only 56 people could attend the sold out and wait listed dinner, but we went over the entire beer lineup and the tasting courses so listening is almost like you were there! About once a month they would do deployments over a day or two and the only food they were provided were the military “MREs” (aka meals ready to eat).  Being young men they needed lots of calories but truthfully the meals were not always tasty. Shelbyville, IN (August 12, 2013) – Daredevil Brewing Co, makers of Lift Off IPA and aggressively fun craft beers, announced the release of their newest Belgian style seasonal beer, Carnival, which is a creative and artistically balanced Saison that combines spicy phenols, fruity esters, noble hops and Belgian malts with a classic dry and thirst quenching finish.   Carnival is a 8.0% ABV, 35 IBU, 5.3 SRM seasonal release and will be available on draft throughout the Daredevil distribution footprint of central and southern Indiana beginning Monday, August 18th.
