Shelbyville, IN (August 12, 2013) – Daredevil Brewing Co, makers of Lift Off IPA and aggressively fun craft beers, announced the release of their newest Belgian style seasonal beer, Carnival, which is a creative and artistically balanced Saison that combines spicy phenols, fruity esters, noble hops and Belgian malts with a classic dry and thirst quenching finish.

Carnival is a 8.0% ABV, 35 IBU, 5.3 SRM seasonal release and will be available on draft throughout the Daredevil distribution footprint of central and southern Indiana beginning Monday, August 18^th.

To celebrate this festive release the first public tapping of Carnival will be done at events during Indianapolis GP week hosted at Lino’s Coffee in Speedway, Indiana beginning Thursday, August 15^th.  Follow our Facebook page for more information.
