• Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.

• We operate two locations. The Speedway Taproom at 1151 Main Street, Speedway adjacent to the brewery and Daredevil Hall, 2721 E 86th Street, Indianapolis at the Ironworks Complex. 

Cooking Experience

• Prepares and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency
• Prepares and chops vegetables
• Follows proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborates with the front of house and kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
• Assists with inventory management and stock rotation

• English or Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to stand for long periods
