As a FOH Team Member, you create a great experience for every guest by:

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly greeting and answering menu questions to ensure a great start to their experience.
• Taking food orders accurately and handling both credit and cash transactions efficiently.
• Experience with Toast is a bonus, but not required.
• Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
• Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment.
• Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
• For Servers, being at least 18 years old and holding a valid Indiana Alcohol Server permit or the ability to obtain one. Daredevil reimburses the annual permit fee.
• For Bartenders, being at least 21 years old and holding a valid Indiana Alcohol Server permit or the ability to obtain one. Daredevil reimburses the annual permit fee.

• We operate two locations. The Speedway Taproom at 1151 Main Street, Speedway adjacent to the brewery and Daredevil Hall, 2721 E 86th Street, Indianapolis at the Ironworks Complex.

USD $5.00 -$15+ based on experience and a shared tip pool
